Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines

IEEE ITW 2009 requires that papers are not submitted simultaneously to any other conference or publication, and that submissions are not previously published elsewhere. Electronic copies of the camera-ready papers will be published on published on IEEExplore.
To submit papers to IEEE ITW 2009, please read the formatting guidelines provided on this page and make sure that your submission complies with these requirements. Then go to the EDAS submission site and:

Deadline Extension

Submit your paper (PDF only) by January 3, 2009, 23:00 CET.

Papers submitted after the above deadline will not be accepted!

Formatting Guidelines

All submissions must adhere to the format and size constraints indicated below. Your goal as an author is to produce a concise submission within these constraints. Please refrain from exceeding these limits. Longer submissions and/or papers with modified margins or fonts will not be reviewed.
Extended guidelines:

Submissions MUST be no more than five (5) pages in 10 point Times Roman (or equivalent font). This length includes everything: figures, tables, references, appendices and so forth.
