B. Paper Formatting
The formatting of both invited and peer-reviewed, accepted papers is identical to the
formatting of submitted papers. In particular:

Papers
must be no more than 5 pages in 10 point Times New Roman or equivalent font.
This page limit includes the main text as well as the figures, tables,
references, appendices, etc.

Papers
must follow IEEE guidelines for conference papers, as these are outlined here.
When creating the
camera ready version, please make sure you take into account the suggestions/corrections/comments/etc.
of the reviewers.
C. Upload
of Camera Ready Paper
For the upload of the camera ready versions, we
will NOT be using EDAS. Rather, we will use the CMS system. To start the
process, visit this link.
To access the link, you will need a password and paper ID (authors of
non-invited papers should note that this is different from the EDAS paper ID).
The password and paper IDs have already been mailed to authors. If you do not
have yours, please contact the publications chair, Stavros Toumpis (toumpis
antspm aueb.gr) immediately. Once logged in, please follow the detailed
instructions. To check on the status of an uploaded paper, visit this
link.

Copyright Forms
Copyright forms will be collected also through
the CMS system. Submit your copyright form no later than April 13th,
by visiting this
link.

If a problem or any type of question arises in
the process, contact the publications chair, Stavros Toumpis (toumpis antspm

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the tight
publications schedule, it is imperative that the authors comply with the April
13th deadline. Violating the deadline may jeopardize the inclusion
of their paper in the conference proceedings.
